Children’s Activities

The Koonya Garlic Festival has something for everyone! Our volunteers plan a full day of activities and entertainment for the Children's Marquee, including art, games, and lots and lots of fun!

This year in the tent you will find a great activity where you can help your child make their own paper pot, fill it with soil, plant some garlic chive seeds and take it home to grow. (We are trying to create the next generation of garlic growers really).

Michelle Pears, children entertainer extraordinaire will be bringing all the fun too!

We haven’t forgotten how popular face painting is! There will be two dedicated face painters to make sure your child is looking, and feeling awesome!

For those with children in nappies, this year, for the first time, we will have an accessible toilet near the tent with a change table!
