A new marquee for the festival and the community!

We are very excited to announce that in June 2020, Koonya Garlic Festival Inc. was awarded a generous Tasmanian Community Fund grant for the purchase of a new large (10 x 24 m) marquee.

This marquee will be used as the principal infrastructure for the Koonya Garlic Festival and will also be available for use by other community groups on the Tasman Peninsula.

KGF Inc. would like to sincerely thank Tasmanian Community Fund for helping to ensure the viability of the Koonya Garlic Festival for years to come. We are also thankful to Tasman Council, Rotary Club of Tasman Peninsula and Lions Club of Tasman for their support of our application.
